Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Abington Township

Lisa's place was such a fun, unique stay for my family (which includes a 2.5yo). Very kid friendly and the neighborhood is great -- my wife and I were able to get some work done at the nearby coffee shops, we had great family breakfasts every day at the local spots, and the drive to the touristy parts of Philly is not bad at all as long as you avoid rush hour! We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Philly.

excellent stay with unexpected and beautiful gardens. we used Nate’s house for our niece’s graduation party which was just a 10 min drive away. it was very easy and comfortable. we would def stay again

This was one of the better homes I’ve stayed at on air bnb. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. I loved that the home was super clean, comfortable and easy to relax in. The beds were really comfortable and we really appreciated that! I loved that we could login to our streaming accounts in “guest mode” on the ROKU and didn’t have to worry about signing back out when our stay was over. It was such a special touch having little things like shampoo/conditioner in the shower, coffee, eggs & creamer in the fridge and even the little bowl of chocolates in the living room …. which my kids quickly found 😊 Susan was very responsive quickly and you could tell really cared about us having a great experience there. When we come to visit this area again we’ll certainly try to stay here!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

Angela’s place was just as described, comfortable and loved the decor. Easy check-in was much appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend and will book again.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious home! It was so comfortable with lovely furniture, large bedrooms, tons of windows and lots of rooms and outside porches to just sit and relax. We were a family of 3 generations (ages 18 to 92) and everyone loved it! It was lovely to walk in the beautiful, quiet neighborhood and there are amazing restaurants in a cute town less than a 10 minute drive away (as well as an easy to drive into Philly). Communication with the host was fantastic and she even left us homemade treats! We definitely want to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

Great stay, location was a bit hard to find and the door had issues locking but other than that we loved the stay, had everything we needed and was clean from head to toe!

One of my favorite places we've stayed! It faces a major street though and in the front bedroom the road noise prevented sleep for my family. I stayed in the smaller back bedroom where the bed was amazingly comfortable and the road noise was almost pleasant haha. I felt like a welcomed and valued guest. Loved the fair trade caramel coffee!

I was pleasantly pleased with this first experience with AirBandB. The place was nice,neat and clean. The host was welcoming, informative and accommodating. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay again in future.

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

The place is very spacious comfy and charming. Rob and Amanda were very responsive, as it was a last minute booking. I admit I didn’t pay too much to the description in advance as I was in a hurry and I was so pleasantly surprised by how lovely the place was. And what a joy to sit on the comfy sofa in a sun lit room listening to the birds chirp while enjoying my morning coffee. I would definitely stay again!!

I had a wonderful time staying at Chandra and Teddy's place. By far, it was the cleanest and best-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need—and more—was provided. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and feel completely at home. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 15-minute drive outside of Philadelphia, and the included parking space was a great bonus. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe overnight, while also providing a quiet place to sleep. Overall, my stay was great, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again on my next trip to Philadelphia 😊

We loved this place. Great location near the train station, quiet neighborhood. Chestnut Hill business district is lovely - wish we had more time to explore!

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

Absolutely stunning stay! This chic and modern penthouse suite exceeded all expectations. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with natural light—every corner felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The breathtaking views of Philadelphia were truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. What made the experience even more special was the host—so extremely accommodating, kind, and truly a joy to work with. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a high-end, memorable stay in Philadelphia. You won’t be disappointed!

I stayed with 2 other adults and it worked out great for us! Having 2 supermarkets and Target less than a block away was incredibly convenient. There was plenty of space, and my adult daughter reported that the pull-out sofa was comfortable (as were the beds in the bedrooms). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I was a little worried about the parking lot based on reviews, but it wasn't as cramped as I had imagined it. I was careful to take the ramps slowly, and there were no problems whatsoever. If you arrive by car and are alone, it could be tricky, as someone needs to check in and retrieve the parking "key" and pass. Elizabeth sends very clear instructions (including a video), so it's easy to navigate.

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

Host was very responsive, and the actual apartment itself very tidy. They were honest in the garage description, so pay close attention to details! Otherwise we had a great stay.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!
