Renovated, modern and spotlessly clean, this little "home away from home", is well located just a few meters from shops and public transport. There is an allocated parking bay close to the front door, (up just 2 steps). All furniture, bed linen, appliances and contents are brand new! Part of a small group of just 12 units. New Split System air-conditioner also a wall heater, a fan and a new, very efficient hot water system. Wifi included!
