The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, including a stove, oven, coffee maker and exit to the balcony, where there is a dining area and barbecue. The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the water and the train station. Bus 5A leaves 50 meters from the door.

The house is from 1935, so the apartment has patina and charm and is located in a quiet residential area. There is a private entrance, kitchen with most things and bathroom with large shower. There is underfloor heating and plenty of space in the room and hallway areas, etc. Walking distance to the university and the city center and a few minutes to buses on Viborgvej and Ringgaden. If you come by car, there is free parking.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
