The apartment on the 2nd floor, originally the owner's apartment, is around 60 m². Gently renovated, leaving the old character. There are sleeping arrangements for 5 people . The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with bath, washing machine, dryer. Parking spot in front of the house is not available.

The pond house Cyprinus is located in the garden of Villa 28, a city villa in the garden city of Aarau. In 7 minutes you can walk to the train station, in 3 minutes to the neighborhood shop. Dry toilet and wash basin are available in the Cyprinus pond house. Parking zone D/E with parking pay or with parking disc 3 hours free. In Villa 28 you can also book the Magnolia room with en-suite bathroom.
