It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. A convertible sofa can optionally sleep two more persons. The fully equipped kitchen has dish washer, coffee machines, micro wave, water boiler and toaster. A flatscreen Satellite-TV and Internet access via LAN and WiFi complete our offering.

It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac opposite the Karman auditorium of the University of RWTH Aachen, very central location, 5 minutes' walk to the market square, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafes and cultural offerings.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
