It offers a spacious kitchen and a large dining and living area filled with natural light. There are two sleeping areas, including one on the mezzanine, and a generous bathroom. Oriented to all four directions, it offers a luminous atmosphere.

Quinta Velha, meaning “old farm”, lies in a private forest between Sintra’s old town and the historic monuments perched on the mountain top. In 2020 a significant multi-year renovation project was completed, converting the old stables and summer residence into a modern private family home, deeply respecting all existing historic features. A century old chapel with unique panels of traditional hand-painted tiles and fountain add to the beauty of the natural setting.

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic mill of Peniche had, since 1895 and for decades, agricultural and industrial use. Currently, completely renovated and known as “Abrigo do Moleiro,” it is a welcoming space for tourists from all over the world, providing unique memories to those who stay overnight.
