Stone house with a lot of charm due to its structure and location. It is just 10 meters from the beach, next to an old salting factory and the Temperan Estate. It has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and one double on the ground floor. All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. Private outdoor terrace with ocean views, spacious living room with ocean views and modern, large kitchen with an office.

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation in the middle of Playa América beach, go down in a swimsuit and flip-flops directly to the sand, with all the services at hand, listen and watch the waves relaxed from its three windows with Velux insulating thermal glass with electric blinds or sleep peacefully in one of its two double beds, relaxing sofa with chaise longue. Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay.

The entire facade of the living room is glazed, so the feeling is that of being on a boat. It also has a fireplace and a large number of books to enjoy a relaxing read overlooking the sea. Seeing the sea come and go to the last garden is an amazing spectacle. It has 3 gardens cared for by the hostess with great care and affection. The porch opens fully and connects directly to the terrace and kitchen, allowing for outdoor barbecues.

Covered low penthouse 50 meters from the beach.

Penthouse rental under deck (second floor without elevator) 50 meters from Saltiño beach and 200 meters from Barraña beach. Well, being under deck, I don't recommend it to very tall people. Renovated in June 2018, we changed false ceiling, windows, beds, and mattresses, and a little more renovation. We have 5 bikes to lend free of charge. For all bookings of more than 4 days we give them a sailboat trip on the estuary of Arousa.
