FINCA ESCALANTE is a duplex house where we try to merge the beauty of its façade and romantic-style colors with a modern and functional interior. The ground floor is occupied by the garage for two cars. The 1st floor of 90m2, is made up of a large and comfortable kitchen open to the dining room and living room overlooking the property and a bedroom with a bathroom. The 2nd is made up of an open office, a bedroom with a bathroom and balcony and the main one with a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. Wi-Fi, TV in all rooms.

Casa Boa enjoys a fabulous stand alone location overlooking the beautiful Ria de Muros y Noia. The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. It’s the perfect retreat to get away from the madness of modern day life. Despite its secluded location, the small and enjoyable towns of Noia & Porto do Son are within easy reach by car (Santiago de Compostela 30 minutes).

La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.
