Monthly Rentals in 9th arrondissement

One of our nicest stays in Paris! We found Valérie's apartment incredibly spacious - especially in central Paris, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our 6 stay. Being on the ground floor made it easy to access with our luggage and having the small back patio made it feel airy and private. If there were a hotel room with the size, equipment, and location of this flat, it would easily be 2 or 3 times the price. There is a metro station across the building entry but we preferred walking the 15-20 minutes it took to reach Montmartre, Opera, or the Sienne, just to enjoy the city itself. The neighborhood felt a lot more local (i.e. less crowded with tourists) than closer to the river, which we appreciated, and within less than 2 blocks you have tons of restaurants, bars, bakers, grocery stores, and just about all to cover your day-to-day needs, which makes it easy to stay close. Valérie was easy to communicate with, friendly, helpful, and always responsive.

We had an amazing time staying at Frederick’s place for a month. The apartment was very clean and cozy, the bed was particularly comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood, lots of good bakeries around and an easy walk to shops, metro etc. We would definitely recommend Frederick’s place, it really felt like home!

William is taking care of anything if you need anything. The apartment is in a great location and perfect for a medium or short stay. I would recommend it.
