Villa holiday rentals in 9th arrondissement

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich mit dem Ausblick und dem grünen Garten. Auch drinnen ist alles nötige vorhanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Florence avec mes parents. Elle nous a accueillis gentiment, accompagnée de son petit chien Pistache. Le lieu est magnifique : les petits déjeuners et les dîners sur la terrasse avec vue sont très agréables. La plage la plus proche est à 10 minutes à pied. Même si la montée du retour est rude, la vue en vaut la peine ! Le logement est très bien équipé. Merci beaucoup pour ce petit week-end à Cassis.

Wir haben vier Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Für unsere Familie war es der perfekte Ort: Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, Pool und jacuzzi mit Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Der Panoramablick auf das Cap Canaille, das Meer und die umliegenden Wälder ist wirklich etwas Besonderes und bleibt unvergesslich. Martine und Alain waren großartige Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Man spürt, wie viel Herzblut sie in ihr Haus und den Garten stecken. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Es ist eine super Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Bildern. Steven schreibt schnell zurück und unser Check-In war 4 Stunden früher als angegeben möglich! Es war sauber und nichts zu bemängeln. Unser Check-Out lief auch reibungslos ab. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Le port de pointe rouge est accessible à pied. Cassis à 30min de voiture et le centre ville de Marseille à 20min. Nous avons passé aussi de bon moment autour de la piscine et du salon de jardin.

We absolutely loved Laurence's charming home in Cassis. The parking and location make cassis so much more enjoyable. We were a group comprised of a family of 3, plus a grandparent and a friend, all stayed comfortably in the 3 separate rooms. Laurence and her husband were so gracious in helping answer questions and interrupted their day to make sure we had everything we needed. We cooked a dinner (there was a fresh fish monger at the docks on Wednesday morning) and the kitchen had everything we needed for a beautiful meal on the terrace overlooking Cassis. Bring your hiking shoes as well, you can walk through town to the Calanques-en-Vau highly rated hike (about 7 ish miles door to door). In terms of layout, of note is there is one main shower, sink and toilet in the main house, along with another toilet (no sink) near the entrance. The standalone suite is like a studio with a toilet, sink and shower. Access to laundry was great as well, we took advantage!

Beautiful villa in a stunning location! We had a wonderful week at Villa Beaurecueil. The villa is very well equipped and tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outdoor area. The location is a stunning area and within short driving distance of nearby shops and Aix-En-Provence. Rachel and Alistair are lovely and helpful hosts. 100% recommend and we hope to return one day!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour dans le logement de Elisabeth et Johan. La vue est incroyable, ainsi que la deco, les equipements divers et variés; nous avons egalement apprecie les petites attentions de nos hotes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Marie France est une personne disponible et très impliquée. elle nous a permis de passer un beau séjour. la divine est un lieu magnifique où je conseille vivement de séjourner. Merci encore à Marie France.

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Très belle villa où nous avons passé 3 jours parfaits ! Le spa est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses. Avantage d’avoir 3 salles de bain et 4 wc. L’extérieur est bien entretenu, et agréable également. L’hôte Lionel était disponible et réactif tout au long du séjour !

Mes amis et moi avons passé un excellent week-end. Villa superbe, très bien équipée, et parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Les 4 chambres sont confortables, dont une suite parentale avec salle de bain. La résidence est calme et sécurisée, idéale pour se reposer. L’hôte est réactif et très compréhensif. Je recommande vivement !

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we decided to return this year…it didn’t disappoint! This villa is stunning and has everything you need..very peaceful, private and has a spectacular view! Christelle was a great host, responsive and very helpful. We hope to return soon!

Très agréable maison avec une vue splendide et très pratique à vivre. Idéale pour une réunion de famille avec des petits . Très beaux volumes permettant autant de s’isoler que de partager des moments en commun.

Très belle villa avec piscine dans un quartier tranquille sur les hauteurs de Carnoux. 4 belles chambres et 2 moyennes. 3 belles salle de bain. Une cuisine extérieurs au bord de la piscine qui permet de faire tranquillement une plancha. Frédéric

Séjour paisible et relaxant Les petits oiseaux chantent (bientôt les cigales ?) L’espace terrasse est très sympathique Tout a été bien pensé ,lieu très propre et joli Et que dire de ce petit détail sur le papier toilette! un petit noeud !!!je n’avais jamais vu cela auparavant !! We had a lovely few days in this beautiful location! It has the wow factor with the beautiful pool and the partial view of the sea, beautiful palm trees and plants all around! The inside is clean and minimalist but has everything you need. It was calm and super private, it was everything we needed to relax and recharge our batteries! There’s a boulangerie 5mn walking and a groceries store very close by, also some beautiful walk in nature at the door step! Thanks to Eric who was very helpful and great communication.

Die Ferienwohnung ibei Chantal hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. wunderschön und ruhig gelegen oben am Berg über dem bezaubernden Gemenos. Alles war Blitz sauber, Geschirr und Töpfe in ausreichender Zahl, so dass man auch eine Mahlzeit vor Ort zubereiten könnte. Dazu hatte uns Chantal schon alles fürs Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation war einfach, da die Gastgeberin gut Englisch sprach. Wir können die Unterkunft mit dem tollen Pool nur empfehlen.

Christelle was our main point of contact. What a fantastic host! Friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We received a welcome package, and we could contact her for any help or advice on local vineyards and restaurants. The accommodation was fabulous: it had a great view, a pool, a BBQ, and a kitchen, making self-catering ideal. We would love to return and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Une villa idéale pour un weekend à Marseille. nous avons adoré la piscine. La proximité du métro rends l'endroit absolument parfait pour les escapades. à proximité du Stade Velodrome. Grosse recommandation !

Mooi pas gerenoveerd huisje in een rustige omgeving. Alles wat je kan bedenken is aanwezig en werkt naar behoren. De eigenaars wonen ernaast en zijn bereikbaar voor vragen. Genoten van het zwembad en de buitendouche. Niet ver van de stranden, waar de zee al best warm was voor de tijd van het jaar. Zeker aan aanrader!

Un logement incroyable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût! Tout est confortable! Il est bien aménagé et bien pensé. La vue est magnifique, tout est fait pour se sentir en vacances et déconnecter… Un grand merci à Ludovic et Virginie pour ce havre de paix au calme mais pas loin de Marseille , Cassis… Des hôtes absolument charmants, agréables et attentionnés!

je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Estelle pour sa disponibilité, son hospitalité, son accueil et ses petites attentions pendant notre séjour. Estelle nous a fait une surprise lors de notre départ en nous offrant des petites douceurs locales. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons également eu la chance de pouvoir manger des œufs frais. Le logement est vraiment chouette, lumineux, facile d'accès en voiture, avec beaucoup de commerces accessibles rapidement en voiture. la vue de la terrasse est agréable également.
