Villa holiday rentals in 9th arrondissement

We had very nice days at the property. The outdoor area is incredible with the view and the green garden. Everything necessary is also available inside, we lacked nothing. We would come back.

Florence and her family provided us a home away from home with a spectacular view and exceptional hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa - an oasis of tranquility, high on the hills overlooking the port at La Redonne. There are multiple levels & terraces with seating areas & hammocks, & lovely views of the surrounding countryside on all sides & from the rooftop terrace. Sadly the weather was dreadful for much of our stay - chilly, windy & wet - so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We paid extra to have the pool heated but the external temperature meant it still felt cold & we didn't really get to use it at all. The villa is bright, airy & spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. The living area has huge comfy couches placed to look out at the views The steep hilltop location would be a challenge without a car as the supermarket is at least 2.5 kms away. There is only one restaurant at the port & is average & overpriced. I recommend driving to l'Estaque (15 mins) for some delicious seafood. Merci beaucoup Olivia et Karine

We spent four weeks in this accommodation and enjoyed every minute. For our family, it was the perfect place: The outdoor area is lovingly designed, pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea simply fantastic. The panoramic view of Cap Canaille, the sea and the surrounding forests is truly something special and unforgettable. Martine and Alain were great hosts – warm, helpful and at the same time pleasantly reserved. You can feel how much passion they put into their house and garden. Thank you for this wonderful time – we would come back anytime!

An ideal villa for a weekend in Marseille. we loved the pool. The proximity of the metro makes the place absolutely perfect for getaways. near the Velodrome Stadium. Big recommendation!

An incredible accommodation, decorated with great taste! Everything is comfortable! It's well appointed and thoughtful. The view is magnificent, everything is done to make you feel like you're on holiday and to disconnect... It's a great place to stay, just like the pictures. Steven writes back quickly and our check-in was possible 4 hours earlier than indicated! It was clean and nothing to complain about. Our check-out also went smoothly. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Laurence's charming home in Cassis. The parking and location make cassis so much more enjoyable. We were a group comprised of a family of 3, plus a grandparent and a friend, all stayed comfortably in the 3 separate rooms. Laurence and her husband were so gracious in helping answer questions and interrupted their day to make sure we had everything we needed. We cooked a dinner (there was a fresh fish monger at the docks on Wednesday morning) and the kitchen had everything we needed for a beautiful meal on the terrace overlooking Cassis. Bring your hiking shoes as well, you can walk through town to the Calanques-en-Vau highly rated hike (about 7 ish miles door to door). In terms of layout, of note is there is one main shower, sink and toilet in the main house, along with another toilet (no sink) near the entrance. The standalone suite is like a studio with a toilet, sink and shower. Access to laundry was great as well, we took advantage!

A little slice of paradise! A Wow effect from the moment you arrive, between the cactus garden and the magnificent view of the mountains opposite. The villa is tastefully decorated. The setting is pleasant and peaceful. A very big thank you to Sophie for her hospitality, responsiveness and kindness. We all had a great time 🙌 🌵 ☀️

Our group was three couples and we had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and modern with everything we needed. It was a short walk down into the town centre of Cassis with its great restaurants and markets. Nicolas was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries. The views were spectacular and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. We didn't hire a car but walked to the Casino bus stop and took the shuttle bus to the train which was simple. This bus also takes you to the Padel sports centre. We would highly recommend it as a location to visit Cassis and the surrounding areas.

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

location is excellent, many outdoor activities like swimming, petanque, hiking (during which we met many friendky locals and their dogs), close to nature, we encountered so much wildlife , there is a chevrier and the famous Rove goats and the AOC cheese in the neighborhood. If you love nature and isolation from the noise of the city, this is the place for you. Yet it is an easy drive to the cultural and gastronomic fearures of Provence.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we decided to return this year…it didn’t disappoint! This villa is stunning and has everything you need..very peaceful, private and has a spectacular view! Christelle was a great host, responsive and very helpful. We hope to return soon!

Very nice house with a splendid view and very practical to live in. Ideal for a family reunion with little ones. Very beautiful volumes allowing both to isolate and to share moments in common.

Guillaume and François were very attentive and welcoming ! The house has a fantastic history and is situated in the perfect private neighborhood. The beach is a few steps away / the town and other beaches is just a 10 minute walk away ! The beach was fantastic and there are lots of things to do, great town, great experience, would absolutely stay there again!

Patricia and Laurent are real superhosts! Incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and flexible. Beautiful house in a private area, we felt at home right away. Will definitely go back at the opportunity. If I could have given them 6 stars, they would have got it!

We had a lovely few days in this beautiful location! It has the wow factor with the beautiful pool and the partial view of the sea, beautiful palm trees and plants all around! The inside is clean and minimalist but has everything you need. It was calm and super private, it was everything we needed to relax and recharge our batteries! There’s a boulangerie 5mn walking and a groceries store very close by, also some beautiful walk in nature at the door step! Thanks to Eric who was very helpful and great communication.

The apartment ibei Chantal had everything your heart desires. Beautiful and quietly located up on the mountain above the charming Gemenos. Everything was spotless, dishes and pots in sufficient numbers, so you could also prepare a meal on site. In addition, Chantal had already provided us with everything for breakfast. Communication was easy because the host spoke good English. We can only recommend the place with the great pool.

Beautiful villa where we spent 3 perfect days! The spa is very nice, the rooms are spacious. Advantage of having 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The exterior is well maintained, and pleasant too. Host Lionel was available and responsive throughout the stay!

Christelle was our main point of contact. What a fantastic host! Friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We received a welcome package, and we could contact her for any help or advice on local vineyards and restaurants. The accommodation was fabulous: it had a great view, a pool, a BBQ, and a kitchen, making self-catering ideal. We would love to return and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Beautiful property, private and peaceful, loads to explore in this area. Pierre is an excellent host very approachable,friendly, and unintrusive. Truly beautiful home we enjoyed every minute.

Beautifully renovated cottage in a quiet area. Everything you can think of is present and works properly. The owners live next door and are available for questions. Enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoor shower. Not far from the beaches, where the sea was already quite warm for the time of year. Definitely recommended!
