Condo holiday rentals in 9th arrondissement

3 nights at Laurent's. We appreciated the quality of the welcome (as much as we arrived earlier than expected), the location, great for the velodrome stadium (25 min walk) and of course for the creeks. Apartment close to shops. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is as described.

Marion was the best host, she was very welcoming and had the best ideas on what to see and where to go! She is very thoughtful and kind and her place is lovely!

Good place and host is very efficient in communicating. As mentioned it is located on the 4th floor with no lift so if you have many luggage it may be an issue if not everything is great. Location is safe, house is lived in and has many belongings + locked doors (not an empty and unused apartment just to manage expectations), if you’re cool with that then this works.

Great stay at this property. It was very hot outside and yet we were happy to get back to the cool. The accommodation is very well insulated from the heat if you close the shutters. Laurén who welcomed us was friendly. No complaints, the accommodation is well equipped and the small terrace is very nice. In addition, the area was rather quiet while being well located! We were able to do a lot of different things always less than 30 minutes by car from the apartment (coves, beaches, etc.) I highly recommend spending a holiday close to Marseille!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s property. The accessibility to town and the beaches was fantastic and the view from the balcony, magical. We enjoyed the ability to have some drinks and enjoy meals with such a spectacular view that you do not get from the heart of town. Anne was a great host and we very much appreciated her accommodating an early check in, we had a vehicle and arrived on a very busy Friday for the city that resulted in little to no parking anywhere nearby, if not for Anne helping us gain access to the private parking for the property, we would have likely been driving around for hours. Would definitely stay again next time in Cassis!

Clean and bright apartment, with a very nice little garden. The location is ideal for resting away from the hustle and bustle, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. A supermarket is also within walking distance, as well as excellent restaurants nearby. The accommodation is also a good starting point to discover the region: Cassis, Marseille or the Île Verte, accessible by boat. Sandrine is a professional and responsive host. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect stay. Welcome and quality of accommodation. Secure parking in the courtyard. Direct access to the sea. Noys will be there again.

Accommodation in the centre of Cassis, possible to go directly to the Calanques on foot. The bus to the station drops us off right in front of the accommodation. Very sober apartment, but it does the job.

Very good week spent as a couple in this very quiet apartment, very clean, well located for walking to the old port and restaurants. The garage is a plus. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

The location, the surroundings, the apartment. The pictures don't quite reflect it. If there were a photo of the pool overlooking the bay, you probably wouldn't be able to save yourself from inquiries. The kitchen has everything you need. Everything is available. The village is maybe 600 m away. However, the way home may not be so easy for older people with walking problems. It's so quiet there and the welcome was extremely warm. Thank you. We recommend it.

Great place to stay in Cassis. The services offered are really nice and allow you to relax. The sea view is a plus! The bed is comfortable. The place was clean, well-equipped, and tidy. Our host was very welcoming and available for our questions. The breakfast served every day is also great.

Richard is a welcoming and warm host. The apartment is very well located, also faithful to the photos. A favourite for the garden.

The terrace alone makes this a magnificent home. The kitchen is functional and well-stocked. Bed is comfortable. Leave the windows open and enjoy. Back to the terrace: views are incredible; it’s private; it’s huge. Walk into town (and beach) is downhill and fairly short. Walk back is uphill. Really uphill. Consider a taxi. Have lunch at Petite Oyster and try the broiled razor clams along with oysters from Normandy. A car is a good idea for hiking and accessing beautiful and fairly secluded beaches. I will rent this apartment again. Cassis was a four night stop on our Provence road trip. We agreed that seven nights would not be a bad idea. The only negative was the outdoor grill didn’t reach high temperatures, but this may have been due to low levels of propane. Not anything I have experience with. We improvised inside and had a wonderful dinner on the terrace. We did have problems with Google directions, but owner was on phone directing us. Our best Airbnb experience ever .

Beautiful area, lovely balcony with beautiful views. Perfect with parking right outside. Simple walks in the nearby area to get down to beautiful swimming spots.

Very neat residence, on the heights of Cassis; with parking possibilities, which is not negligible. Very well-equipped accommodation (and the owner immediately provided what was missing). Very nice large balcony. Extremely responsive owner and always with a smile. We recommend this reservation.

Perfection at all levels. Nothing to say. Marion is an absolutely exceptional host. She picked me up at the station and her mum took me back there for my departure. She was very responsive when I asked her for advice on restaurants. The accommodation is ideally located, just go down the street to be on the port. The residence is very quiet, the pool maintained, the view breathtaking, no neighbours. The terrace of the accommodation is large. Everything is well arranged, the deckchairs are like new. The sun shines in the morning, which keeps the accommodation cool. In short, the dream!

Delighted with my stay at Lucile's apartment. The view is beautiful, you can't get enough of it and there is everything you need to feel at home. The environment is very quiet and the location is very convenient 😊

Great stay as a family! The climb up from the city centre is worth it, but it's compensated by the view from the balcony, which is incredible! The residence is very clean and many activities are possible (swimming pool, tennis, table tennis)
