Apartment holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

The apartment was great, in a nice quieter location but with plenty of stuff to do if you walk 10 minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. I unfortunately got COVID on my second day so I was unable to truly enjoy the area, but the apartment was a calming space to stay quarantined in!

Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best thing is its small garden sheltered from view. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The 8th arrondissement is also worth a visit, with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse, 10 minutes' walk away, with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Frères Lumières museum will also be a journey with breathtaking architecture. No need for a car to do everything from this accommodation. Otherwise, parking is easy and free. Beautiful studio, well equipped and well located. True to the photos shared. There is a ceiling fan that was very useful to us in the warmer weather. Located on the 3rd floor, no elevator... it helps us stay in shape ☺️ Denis responds quickly and remains available to us. I would recommend it in a second.

We enjoyed our stay ! Apartment is very well located in a quiet but strategically located area, so important for us. Rhone river and its markets are just 3-5 minute walk. City center is 15-20 minute walk or short subway or tram rides. The stops are nearby the apt. The space was very clean and had the dining utensils needed. Though we did not use, the kitchen appeared to have lots of cooking utensils , in case you plan to cook. Groceries are within walking distance as well. Adding this to our list of airbnbs for future travels !

I spent 1 month there for work, and it was very nice. Thanks to Slavka for her kindness and flexibility. Apartment next to Saxe metro station and very accessible. I recommend it.

What a wonderful stay we had. The location is great, short walk to tram and direct route to the city. The apartment has everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay plus there are all the little 'extras' that are provided. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and oh, so quiet!!! Would definitely recommend this stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was very comfortable and had all the conveniences I needed — it truly felt like home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the tram station, which made getting around the city super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its convenient location, with public transport readily available, made getting around easy. Romain was a caring host and an excellent communicator.

This stay was so perfectly cozy and incredible. The attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve ever seen on Airbnb! Very good stay, everything went as planned

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew about the stairs and took our time and did not have any issues. A/C was great since it was very hot during our stay and was so nice to have. Great location and the place was just so clean and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee , snacks, juice and milk that was there for our arrival. I would love to stay again if I visit Lyon. Thank you !

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! A bakery 5 steps away, a small supermarket and a lovely little restaurant 10 steps away. Away from the crowds, still close to everything and with good connections. In Lyon, we loved most the Lumière brothers Film museum and museums telling about the silk industry.

Perfect location between Croix Rousse , Vieux Lyon and close to shops , bars and the great coffee shop Fika

Spacious studio ideal for a weekend as a couple, the SPA is very nice, there is mobile air conditioning. The plus: private parking space. There is a lot to do on foot, the tram is not far, good bakery and an excellent pastry shop. I recommend it!
