Monthly Rentals in 20th arrondissement of Paris

Pierre is an incredibly nice and thoughtful Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. Incidentally, the room was equipped with everything essentials, so you don't actually have to worry about anything. The only minor downside may be that the walls are a little thin. However, the quiet hours are observed, so that this did not represent a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

We were looking for an immersive experience in a Parisian neighborhood to relax. The 20th arrondisement was suggested by a friend and this apartment stood out amongst many available. The Gambetta neighborhood where we were located is ergonomically endowed with supermarche, and excellent boulangerie, boucherie, poissoniere and fromage shops close by. Ezekiel has a talent for designing a comfortable, whimsical, and esthetically pleasing interior. Clean lines in the kitchen, and custom lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout. The book in the open concept living room /kitchen on Small Houses ties in the concept of maximizing space that Ezekiel has achieved here. We were so at home here that our usual habit of lingering all morning before setting out on exploring was the norm during the entire week of our stay. I enjoyed cooking at the apartment. Very comfortable, homey, and in a great location for Paris if you like using public transport. Oliver was very responsive and relaxed, and leaves the home as if he were living there (which is a huge plus for me) highly recommend this to anyone who is not looking to stay in a hostel and wants to enjoy a very local part of Paris! Will be visiting again.
