Holiday rentals with breakfast in 1st arrondissement

Perfect accommodation for visiting Lyon, about 20 minutes to access it! Very well furnished exterior (deckchairs, swing, outdoor table, parasol) Interior Functional house with basic necessities for cooking left available, it's appreciated and it's becoming rare (salt, pepper, oil... LV tablets, dishwashing liquid...) I highly recommend the accommodation.

Elisabeths house is really wonderful. Lot’s of windows, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. The view is nice and you can easily walk to the old town of Lyon. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

The host is very friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. Homes are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was very tasty, we loved the fresh and warm rolls.

The room at Christelle's allows you to be totally self-contained with bathroom, small fridge and microwave. That's just perfect. The house is super quiet in a small corner of the countryside on the edge of the Rhone. Lyon is quite easy to reach by car as well as by metro. Christelle is very friendly and has a great knowledge of the history of her neighborhood. I would recommend this place 200%

We had a delightful stay at this lovely apartment, which is in a fantastic location for our time in Lyon. Corrine was exceptionally accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, aligning them with our flight schedule, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this apartment.

Accessible apartment, close to everything, key box very popular for arrival/departure. Beware of the departure time, which was a little too early for us.

We were very well received by Marion. Her accommodation is very clean, functional, comfortable, carefully decorated and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet, green neighborhood that allows you to reach old Lyon quickly. Check-in and check-out procedures have been simple and flexible. We were delighted with our stay at Marion's and we recommend this place 100%.

Very good stay in this rental. Our host was responsive, welcoming, accommodating with the possibility of flexible check-in and check-out as needed. The apartment was perfect for our group of friends, well equipped to cook with basic condiments etc. Well located for visiting the city, (with still need a good cardio if you want to reach it on foot). Dominique is one of the best host you can ask for in Airbnb. She is super friendly, helpful and clean. The level of cleanliness in her apartment is equivalent to a hospital! Spotless, no dust and weird smell whatsoever. Dominque is super helpful and would give us detail tour guide every morning! And the breakfast! It’s so delicious and her home made jams are superb! Highly recommend!

Perfect welcome from Gaële who is a very friendly host! Large bedroom with shower room, comfortable bedding, impeccable breakfast. The convention center is easily accessible on foot.

With Frédéric and Stéphane, we experienced incredible hospitality - and enjoyed a five-star breakfast in the garden with birdsong. We were not only spoiled with culinary delights, but also provided with valuable tips about the area. Great that we were also allowed to use the refreshing pool. We slept like a baby in the fine linen linen. Every detail is just right here. The cottage is furnished with a lot of sense of beauty. From the very first moment, you feel like you don't want to leave. Thank you for the unforgettable, relaxing stay.
