All bedding is new and comfortable - A mezzanine with two separate bedrooms. The largest includes: 2 beds 90 x 200 that can be brought together to form a king size bed 180 x 200, the smallest 1 bed 90 x 200. Both mezzanines are closed on three sides. Two beautiful curtains preserve your privacy on the fourth side. ceiling height in mezzanine: 1.60 m. In the heart of Lyon, in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, all major sites can be reached on foot from the apartment. At the bottom of the building are the colorful stairs, and on the other side is Place Rouville, offering a magnificent view of the city. Four minutes' walk and you will arrive at Place Sathonay and Place Fernand Rey, small squares full of charm where you can have a drink. Not far away is also the ancient amphitheater of the Three Gauls and the ascent of the Grande-Côte connecting the Terreaux and the Croix-Rousse plateau. This medieval street will lead you to an esplanade with stunning views of the entire city. By taking this climb or the colorful stairs, you will head towards the Plateau de la Croix-Rousse, a one-of-a-kind district and very popular with Lyonnais for its trendy village life. Here you can admire the view of the Alps from the Gros Cailloux, stroll through the Croix-Rousse market present daily on the Boulevard or simply stroll through the neighborhood. The peninsula is full of remarkable and listed streets and buildings. The immediate surroundings of the apartment consist of café theaters or pleasant bars. Further on in the peninsula you can indulge in the shops and big brands, or discover the joys of Lyon cuisine in typical bouchons, as the capital of gastronomy requires. Place des Terreaux is 10 minutes away: A must-see for Lyon outings, the square has many bars, a fountain by the sculptor Bartholdi (creator of the Statue of Liberty); the 17th century town hall; the former Saint-Pierre Abbey, now one of the most important fine arts museums in France. Behind the town hall is the Opéra de Lyon with an esplanade always animated by different artists. The most famous street in Lyon, Rue de la République, starts from Place des Terreaux and goes to Place Bellecour. Passing along this axis and the surrounding ones, you will not fail to notice the Cordeliers area with its imposing Palais du Commerce; its luxury shops; Place des Jacobins with its beautiful fountain; Place des Célestins and the theater of the same name; Rue Mercière entirely paved and concentrating Lyon restaurants and bouchons. At the end of Rue de la République stands the prestigious Grand Hôtel-Dieu, the first hospital in Lyon, very recently converted and offering shops and the city of gastronomy.
