Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 12th arrondissement

Really attentive and proactive host, checking everything was OK during our stay- probably the best I've had on Airbnb - and clear instructions for checking in and out. Easy to access with a late arrival, as the keys are in a lock box. All exactly as per photos and very comfortable. Walkable in about 20 mins from main train station, if you are taking the airport bus and very close to the Old Port which we wanted. I would agree with someone else's comment about the 2nd bedroom loft space - you might need to be careful with the steps up for young children, same with elderly people but you can see the steps in the photos and you can easily swap bedrooms if you need. Definitely would stay here again, highly recommended.

This is an extraordinary place in Le Panier, with an exceptional terrace view. You have a 360 view of the city with an espectacular picture of the cathedral of Marseille in front of you. But, the most important part is the apartment. Jean-Michel take care of any detail possible of this place. We were 5 persons, and we were very pleased with the amenities. Cyril and Bea were amazing hosts and absolutely delightful individuals! They added personal touches to our stay (providing restaurant and sight-seeing recommendations as well as leaving a breakfast every morning) that made us feel welcome right from the start. The Airbnb was spotless and had fantastic décor, making the experience even more special. It had every amenity you would need, in a great location within walking distance of everything you would want to see in the city, while still being private and quiet. The city itself is a charming and lively place. It has the perfect balance of sightseeing, shopping, and activities. Any individual would find something they enjoy there. Our stay in Aix-en-Provence exceeded our expectations and I wish we could have extended our trip.

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay of a few days at Eric's. Really very pleasant stay with a very clean/functional and very pleasant cottage to live in. Eric was able to recommend visits to do/points of view to observe that were all great. The location is perfect if you want to travel between Marseille and Aix en Provence, for example. Allauch is, moreover, a very pretty town. Thank you again, we will gladly return to this accommodation for a future stay in the region.

Anne and her husband Jean-Luc were the best hosts we've ever experienced at an Airbnb. Always attentive, friendly and warm! The outdoor area is a holiday paradise and very lovingly furnished! For us, it was very convenient because my parents had rented Anne's other accommodation. So we had our own area, and we could share the outdoor area to the fullest. We will be back!

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

We had a wonderful stay in Marseille. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. The garden is wonderful and ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. We would book the accommodation again and again.

Very nice accommodation, very nice with a nice exterior and very clean house! The host Alexis is very nice, as well as Annoa who welcomed us very well and was very accommodating with us. I highly recommend it!

Very well located accommodation, shops in the street. Quiet area, 20 minutes' walk from the old port, same for ND de la garde. Buses and metro not far away. The place is quiet. Please note that there are 8 steps without a ramp to reach the inner courtyard. Clean and functional accommodation much smaller than it looks in the photos. Only one transom window to ventilate the main room, which bothered me a little. For a short stay in Marseille, and if you only sleep and eat, it's great.

Benjamin’s flat is as described and looks like the photos. It is a conveniently located not far from most attractions in Marseille. We didn’t realise Benjamin must live here the rest of the time as his belongings were in the flat. We had to make the bed when we arrived as the bed sheets weren’t on, and the shutters were down, but Benjamin did accommodate an earlier check in so we didn’t mind too much. The bed is comfortable and shower is nice!

A beautiful, immaculate, and well equipped apartment in a great location in Marseilles. The hosts had impeccable communication and were so friendly. We loved it so much that we would not hesitate to book this apartment on our next trip here.

We loved are stay in Marseille! The apartment was very clean and the we had every amenity we needed. The place was centrally located with easy access to the Old Port and beyond.

Great location for visiting Cassis. The apartment is well laid out, well equipped and very pleasant for a stay for two. The only problem is the bell tower of the nearby church that rings every hour even in the middle of the night and can annoy those who are not used to it and who like peace and quiet like us
