The area is one of the best gated community of Playa del Carmen (Playacar), if you walk through circuit you will find golf court, restaurants, cafes, convenience store, etc. Also being 10 minutes from Paseo del Carmen mall which is the beginning of the 5th avenue to be able to walk along the 5th avenue where all the action of Playa is, full of restaurants, shops, spas, bars, etc ... You will have everything walking, which makes our location perfect and safe.
