Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, WiFi, Wama&Dryer as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels with children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

You live in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor there is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and the market square are within walking distance in just one minute. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel „at home“ in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50sqm which are completely available to you during your stay

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

A separate, enclosed area awaits you, which you can reach through an associated stairwell. In our small "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, WLAN, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage).From here you can walk to the separate shower. The washing area and the toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with wardrobe.
