Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's of solid Kauri, it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 5 minute walk to Marine Parade and 10 minute walk to central Napier. We will serve breakfast in the conservatory. Sit on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees.

A cross trainer is available or rent our Bikes @ $5 per hour, $15 a half day or $25 per full day, each.

Our accommodation is up stairs, the Queen bed is in a spacious room with own bathroom, a shared guests lounge with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, lounge chairs and TV and views over surrounding garden and orchards. Sorry but this room is only suitable for two people. There is also a separate entrance for guest.
