Eco loft overlooking garden and stream

This artist and architect-designed house is clad in larch and well insulated with wool felts. The access to the separate loft of our eco-house is via an external staircase. A large south facing window in the main room overlooks the front garden and Shiplaw burn. There is a separate workspace/single bedroom for an extra guest. We are located within one of the biggest habitat restoration projects in Europe and are five minutes walk from a regular bus service to Edinburgh and across the Borders.

Welcome to this stylish little jewel of tranquility, centrally located flat in the west end of Glasgow. Our quiet attic flat itself has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a family unit e.g 2 adults & 2 children. The sandstone, category A listed townhouse building is around 150 years old (so obviously there is no lift) and we started fully renovating our wee flat in October 2020. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are 100 yards away and the subway is a easy 6-7 min walk.
