Peaceful Luxury Villa Steps from Jimbaran Bay Beach

The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Just ask us for recommendations! :) • Layout with separate bedrooms for total privacy in each bedroom. Perfect for family or group of friends. • For larger groups we can assist on accommodation in similar villas in the same complex • Closed AC living room and kitchen with garden views • Kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to enjoy cooking and gathering. There are also great restaurants nearby and we often dine out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. If you would prefer full or partial catering, this can be provided at an additional cost. We can arrange also free food delivery from the near restaurants. Just ask your host in advance. Jimbaran is a tranquil and traditional Balinese fishing village, not heavily commercialised like some areas are. The beach can be almost deserted during the day, but comes alive with locals and visitors in the afternoon and into the evening. • Bali is called the “Island of the Gods”. Get out and about and experience it. • Driving is easy with a bit of common sense. We prefer to rent a car. Just ask your host and she can advise on some options without a driver or with a driver for all or some of the days of your stay. Having a private driver is recommended for long day trips. • Bluebird Taxis are available everywhere. They are reliable, metered and low cost. You can book a taxi by calling them directly or via loading their app onto your phone. Bluebird Taxis are so convenient that it is not worth bothering with people offering “transport” and risk being scammed. • Subject to bookings, we are happy to allow early check-in and/or late check out. Check with your host Tika in advance. • Housekeeping cleaning every second day. Garden and pool maintenance included. • Note that Indonesia requires a passport valid for more than 6 month to allow entrance to the country. We all will be more than happy to show you this beautiful island and his unique culture from our local knowledge. The villa is built into the mountain near a traditional Balinese village. Surrounded by pure nature, watch exotic bird life or the sweet monkey family who visit the villa from time to time. Ubud is around a 10-minute drive away. Ubud visitors normally enjoy renting a motorbike to ride around Ubud. It is convenient, fast and fresh. We can provide you easy access to motorbike, car or bicycle daily rentals. We can also provide the service of a great professional driver to take you for daily tours around the island. To Ubud center it takes about 10 minutes by car or motorbike. - Smoking is only allowed outdoors. - Events and parties are allowed upon request. - We will need a copy of your passport for the registration at the local authorities for having visitors staying in our home. This is a common procedure here. It's strictly prohibited to jump into the pool from higher storeys !!

There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, 2 washrooms, a relaxing private pool and peaceful surroundings. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the bathrooms both have a shower, toilet, and a washbasin. There is a nice open sitting area with a TV, and a view towards the airport and the ocean. There is also a bungalow with a comfortable mattress, and numerous benches and chairs throughout the open area of the villa. All these are built on a 500 sqm (5,381 sqf) lot, with all 3 bedrooms of 36 sqm (387.5 sqf) each and even more spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen, which all look into the swimming pool and great view of Bali city and airport on the horizon. A garden with a Gazebo complete the picture on the west wing. All the facilities are for yours to enjoy, the pool, the Kitchen, the Living Room the TV etc. In house meals upon request! Your privacy will not be disturbed and the villa is all yours to enjoy. Our great villa staff live nearby, and are available on demand. The villa is situated in Jimbaran Hill near lots of attractions, numerous beaches, and also three magnificent golf courses nearby. It’s just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and eateries. Samasta Mall is a quick drive away. We can arrange airport transfers. Our staff can also arrange car rental, or motorcycle rental to satisfy your needs. We would recommend you to use our staff to pick you up from the airport. It costs Rp 200000 for pick up and Rp150000 for drop off. Daily usage Rp50000 /hour minimum 6 hours. You can have Indonesian dinner/lunch prepared for you at the villa too. The price is base on how many people that need the meals.
