Lovingly decorated 45m2 apartment on the pawn slope with own entrance. Bright and cozy with best views of Bregenz and Lake Constance. Nice seating area in front of the apartment to enjoy the sunsets. Beautiful apartment with gallery in the host's house

Enclosed apartment with its own enclosed bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor of our house. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor, my wife and I have our premises. Please note: To access your Airbnb apartment, you will use a shared house entrance with us and our premises will also pass through our premises on the ground floor. If you want to use one of the 2 terraces, you can also reach them through our living room on the ground floor.

At the heart of Lindau, separate, private living area

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a wardrobe, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. Toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for them. A large glass front with glass door opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.

Our apartment is located 4km from the beautiful Lindau. It offers the ideal starting point for trips to Lake Constance, Allgäu, Austria or Switzerland. Extensive walks are possible from the apartment in the adjacent forest. It is also well located for hiking, biking, motorcycling, swimming or skiing. An Edeka market with a bakery that is also open on Sundays is a few minutes away. There is a good Thai restaurant nearby.

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and right at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round.
