Stabbur from the 19th century which in 2019 was completely renovated and upgraded to a modern apartment with everything of amenities, while the old charm is safeguarded. It is located in rural areas, in a small forest cave on the farm Holtan, in the municipality of Orkland, about 4 kilometres from Svorkmo. The staff cage is equipped with high-speed internet and TV via fiber. The kitchen contains everything a modern kitchen can be expected to have. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine.

For a responsible family or more, we would like to offer a great stay in a cabin by Kongensvollen Marina. The cabin is a 1.5 hour drive from Trondheim. Here you can sit undisturbed on the porch and have panoramic views of Trondheimsleia with Hitra, Leksa and Storạna in the background. The cabin also has a sauna, bathroom and shower. It is prepared to pack and freeze fish. Short way to the sea 80 meters. Boat Linder Sportsmann 400 can be rented upon agreement. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets need clarification.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both on the sea and in the water. Many possibilities for bicycle rides. Great views, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Child-friendly. Plenty of space for eating out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free parking ring. Fiber is coming summer/autumn

Great basement apartment with panoramic views of Trondheimsleia and parking. It is fully equipped with a washing machine,dishwasher,stove, combo cabinet and kitchen equipment. In addition, there is a 70 inch TV with chromecast and internet. Private exit to terrace where you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood on Hestvika. Guest harbour for boat is a few minutes walk away. The fast boat call is 10 min drive away.It has 3 departures daily to Brekstad,Trondheim and Kristiansund.

Bright and nice apartment with a new kitchen and a bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove in the living The property is located with easy access from the road, quiet place overlooking fields and mountains. Large patio for dinners, play, parking and the like. It is a short walk down to the sea where you can rent a boat and have access to bathing areas. Hiking trails start right at the front door. The mirror at Grautaneset offers a nature experience a little out of the ordinary where you can lower your shoulders and relax. There are no neighbors here, but views, and nature like from the adventures. Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. Cozy little cottage on the seafront

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be mounted. You will have access to a bathroom and a shared kitchen in the main house 10 m away. If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
