Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Das kleine Hinterhaus wurde 2023 aufwendig von uns renoviert und freut sich ab sofort auf euren Besuch. :) Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Alleinreisende oder Paare. Kann aber problemlos auch von Beispielsweise zwei Kollegen genutzt werden. Mit 4 Personen , also Zwei Paare die nicht viel Platz benötigen und gut miteinander auskommen ist sie nur im Notfall zu empfehlen, daher haben wir die Gästeanzahl auch auf 3 Personen angepasst.

Top City apartment BS: Central, quiet, bright + balcony!

The 32 sqm apartment we have newly generously furnished a few years ago. Very bright, quiet and has a small balcony to SW! Located in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone: in the Casparistraße between Burgplatz and Hagenmarkt (e.g. 5 min. to the audio-Med-Akad. or castle). Many shops and local suppliers in the immediate vicinity enable a fast basic supply! Public transport stops (trams/buses) only 1 - 3 minutes away: VW FS or Siemen only about 10 - 15 min.!

A cozy apartment awaits you on an area of 25 square meters. The apartment was completely renovated and refurbished by us in 2022. In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. There is also a small kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator and mini oven. The bathroom has also been renovated. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

The apartment is modernly furnished and is located both a 15-minute walk from the main train station and from the city center. It consists of an approx. 20 square meter one-room apartment with a private bathroom and a small but fully equipped kitchen in which coffee and tea are available free of charge for guests. A modern 1 room apartment incl. Kitchen and bathroom completely alone for you. A little bit is still being renovated, but the most important thing is ready. (See photos & details) No handyman is disruptive to the stay. It is fast (fiber) Wi-Fi, a 55"TV incl. Netflix 4K available. The bed has a brand mattress. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to downtown... Shopping is possible: Penny in 350 m, Rewe 500 m, LIDL 600 m away. I OFFER bicycles for free.

Luxuriöse Wohlfühloase über den Dächern mit Sauna

The 100 sqm apartment is on the 10/11 floor, which is easily accessible via an elevator. Downtown and Central Station are located just a few minutes walk away. A fully equipped oasis of well-being with sauna, bathtub and a fantastic view over Braunschweig awaits you. TVs in the living room/bedroom & bathroom provide good entertainment. The wifi is very fast with a 1TB line. It's very quiet. Windows and doors are well insulated.

The apartment has about 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connecting a long hallway from which also bathroom and kitchen go. The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), all rooms have easy-care laminate floors.

Sunny, quiet apartment with large balcony

Our 60 m² guest apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has a 18m ² balcony. It is located in the countryside on the eastern outskirts of Brunswick. From here you can easily reach the Braunschweig city with theatre, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with phaeno and autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Parking is free in front of the house.
