We have Solar and Batteries for power back-up. A Home away from home which has all the amenities required. The house is very spacious allowing one to switch off with ease. The four main bedrooms all lead on to a beautiful large balcony overlooking the heart of Camps Bay's sea's and mountains. The house has an eclectic feel about it ,satisfying a variety of tastes , with that said there is an abundance of art displayed for ones perusal. * Mountain & Sea Views * 600 Meters from the Beach * 24 hour monitored alarm * Cleaning Monday - Saturday * Child safety pool gate * Fireplace and gas heaters provided for the winter months Living and Dining * Main lounge open plan with dinning and large kitchen, open onto the pool terrace * Plasma TV, Satellite Cable, Ipod/blue tooth speaker connection * Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils * Separate laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer Outdoors * Outdoor swimming pool, sun-lounges and 2 loungers * Gas BBQ, table and chairs for 14 people Parking * Double garage - Plus additional parking for 4 cars Bedrooms * All 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms * The 7th Bedroom is not ensuite has access to a bathroom * 4 of the Seven bedrooms have Sea and Mountain views * The lower bedrooms have Garden and mountain Views * All Bedrooms have Air-con Each room can either have 2 twin beds or 1 double bed made up during your stay, just let the host know before arriving. Overall the house is very spacious and comfortable. Travelers book the entire house during there stay, exclusively for them only. Yes you can interact with me anytime during your stay, ill try my best to service your request within the day . if you need assistance with an itinerary i will be more then wiling to assist . The house is very close to the beach and restaurants, very popular to have sun downers and then go off the beach to the popular restaurants. It is 7 minutes from the Cable Car and 10 minutes from Lions Head or Single Hill. My Citi bus routes are right outside the house and UBER is available in South Africa and Cape Town/Camps Bay. best option for visitors would be to hire a car x Please at anytime you would like to know something feel free to contact me. We have Chef options available at your request , meals range between R(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) per head , depending on your choice of menu. The house is BABY friendly : note we have a cot, feeding chair , stroller , Safety gates at top of stairs , and option to have pool fence erected within 15 minutes , insuring you feel safe at all times.

Wake up to beautiful mountain views at a spacious, open-plan family home with plenty of natural light. Revitalise body & mind in the luxurious bath, or unwind on an outdoors just a block from idyllic Camps Bay beach. 6 adults, 2 children = total 8 guests Stunning open-plan space leading onto huge garden and pool with magnificent views of Lion's Head which is truly amazing to hike up & one of the best free things to do whilst in Cape Town. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful modern bathrooms & the entire property renovated as per the photos. Entire property is available for guests. Update on the water situation here in Cape Town: Level 6b restrictions were placed in effect on the 1st February. Daily water consumption per person has been limited to 50 litres. There is adequate water for tourists; essential daily needs such as washing, using the toilet, and daily hygiene. During peak season (November – January) international tourists only add 1% to the population of the Western Cape. This number drops from April – September. If visitors follow the daily usage guideline the impact would therefore be negligible. The tourism sector supports approximately 300 000 much needed jobs across the Western Cape - it is vital to preserve these jobs. "Day Zero" has been avoided for 2018, therefore water will not be cut off. However, travellers need to remain mindful of the drought and practice water-wise tourism when visiting. At present, visitors are able to shower and maintain daily hygiene. The majority of tourism establishments have put in place measures to ensure their water usage is reduced, and many have developed plans for alternative supplies. Recommended guidelines suggest a shower of 90 seconds. The use of baths is entirely discouraged. More than available to assist with any queries or information required during your stay - with pleasure! We go the extra mile - there's less competition there! Camps Bay is a trendy suburb seven minutes from the centre of one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set against the impressive backdrop of Table Mountain, Camps Bay beach is one of the city's largest and most beautiful areas. Public transport is literally a few metres away along the beach front. UBER is super popular too. Guests choose UBER especially over the crazy summer season - much easier! The property though offers a double garage plus off-street parking so if hiring a car, then no problem at all NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER - only on the patio outside and the garden. Check-out is 11am Check-in 2pm Either myself, my Dad, or brothers, Russ and Dean will be available to meet and give all guests access.

Each room is meticulously styled to combine flair with function - making for a really fun stay. The objective is to surprise & delight Guests to enjoy a unique experience away from home.. Each section of the apartment is themed and styled for function and aesthetics albeit with a slightly playful nature... Downstairs bedroom is Tom Ford-inspired (just in case he would need a place to stay when visiting Cape Town - I remain eternally hopeful...) Kitchen is remnant of Belgium's signature Black & White Contemporary Shaker Style, whilst the open-plan lounge is clearly an ode to Ralph Lauren. Upstairs is Hamptonesque / Cape Cod-ish. Navy & White delight. The Space is filled with Vintage books, good reads, beautiful objet and entertainment essentials. A one minute walk down to the Ocean brings you to the lovely little Saunders's Rock Pool beach for picnics, protected sunbathing and a quick dip in the tidal pool. This stand alone cottage on our private property is located in the Bishopscourt area of the Western Cape. The cottage is an open plan lounge,bedroom with two big verandas, a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a shower and bath that opens out to a very private balcony with sun loungers and an outside shower. With magnificent views of the mountain and terrains, one can fully unwind and relax in this more than spacious cottage. This private cottage will be all yours during your stay. There are multiple lounging areas inside and outside the cottage. Our long serving housekeeper, Maks, will be there to look after you and make sure you always have what you need.She cleans and does the washing daily except on a Sunday. Located within walking distance to many stunning hikes, walking routes, mountain biking, and cycling routes. There are many places nearby that you can rent bikes and there is ample storage at the house for bikes to be stored. There is ample and secure parking on our property for the vehicle you bring along for your stay. I am usually here and am very happy to help with advice at all times. This home is in a quiet residential area with beautiful houses and leafy streets. Close to the botanical gardens and near the city. Uber Available.Safe parking on the grounds of the property. No need for Air Conditioning units as the mountain air in the mornings and evenings will be cool and crisp all year long. There is a ceiling fan, if you need additional cooling.
