Lay out on the top patio deck. Bring your boat! You receive 1/2 off of a boat slip (depends on Availability, please include your boat request in AIRBNB request). With a new addition "The Wet Whistle" full bar, enjoy a Bloody Mary or a great Mimosa while sitting on the water. The Aquarium is a walk across the street. With many more enjoyable things to do. Right here on the island. Walk, Car or Bike. Not wheelchair accessible.(Restrooms and showers located on the main deck just a short walk.

Unique Concrete House Boat!!! NO CLEANING FEES!!!

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.
