The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

We invite you to our new house in Pilwa. The house has 35 m2, one bedroom with a large double bed and a room with a double fold-out sofa with a comfortable mattress. There is also a kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob) with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower. There is half a hectare of meadow around the house, which is only at your disposal. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.

The apartment is located in the Villa Park facility, right next to the promenade running along Lake Ełk. Villa Park is fenced, guarded 24/7, and monitored. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator, it is close to restaurants and the city center. The price includes a parking space in the garage. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.

Welcome to this enchanted place. I'll tell you a story. Once upon a time, there was a little girl who dreamed of having her own mini playhouse. One day, her dad decided to make that dream come true and built her this house. It was 18 years ago, a year ago the cottage was renovated so that it could now enjoy others. I would like everyone to feel special here and find in themselves the little child who found the place of their dreams here.
