This is a place that puts simplicity, calm and design at the center – perfect for slowing down. A small bathroom with composting toilet, outdoor space with trees, picnic table and wide views make the retreat complete.

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.
