Large house with charm

Alleinstehendes, grosses älteres ehemaliges Bauern-Haus oben auf dem Berg mit riesigem Garten und toller Aussicht ins Grüne zu vermieten. Rundum ist Landwirtschaftszone. Also herrlich ruhig. Manchmal sind Schafe auf dem Nachbarsgrundstück- die sind aber sehr nett. Die Gegend ist ideal zum Entspannen, wandern, das nahe Zürich, Winterthur oder Rapperswil zu erkunden sowie das Hörnli und den Bachtel , etc. zu besteigen. Beste Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge, Fahrradfahren, spazieren.... Es hat 4 Schlafzimmer. 2 haben ein grosses Doppelbett. 1 Zimmer hat ein 160x200 cm Bett. 1 Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten a 90x200cm Bett. Im Dachstock und im hinteren Wohnzimmer könnten auch noch je 2 Personen übernachten. Ideal ist das Haus allerdings für max. 7-9 Personen. Unkomplizierte Menschen können so auch bis zu 12 Personen gut und behaglich übernachten. ( es hat noch eine grosse aufblasbare Matraze) Es hat eine sehr funktionelle Küche, eine Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine, Zentralheizung, Internetzugang, TV, und Video/DVD sowie Radio. Gartenmöbel, Grill, Kinderspielsachen und Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden. Der Hotpot im Garten mit schöner Aussicht ins Tal ist einfach einzuheizen. es muss allerdings mit ca. 3 Stunden gerechnet werden bis das Wasser angenehm warm ist. Der oeffentliche Verkehr (Bus im Halbstundentakt) ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss entfernt. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bäretswil oder Bauma ca. 5 Min. (mit dem Auto) entfernt. Sehr gutes Restaurant (im Ort) in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. (Dienstag und Mittwoch geschlossen). Zürich (tolle Stadt) ist mit Oeffentlichem Verkehr in 15 Min. erreichbar (S-Bahn ab Wetzikon) mit dem Auto in ca. 35 Min.( nicht ratsam, da die Parkmöglichkeiten rar und teuer sind) Winterthur (sehr gute Museen) in 30 Min. ( mit dem Zug von Bauma aus sind es 20 Min.) Das Haus ist 1847 erbaut worden und 1958 erstmals gross umgebaut. In den letzten 15 Jahren haben wir einige zusätzliche Erneuerungen vorgenommen. So wurde eine Holz-Pellet-Zentralheizung in den bestehenden Kachelofen eingebaut. Der Dachstock wurde ausgebaut. Der Einrichtungsstil unseres Hauses ist funktionell, modern, leger und praktisch. Als Liebhaber alter schöner Sachen haben wir auf einen guten Mix zwischen Alt und Neu geachtet. Es wurde mit viel Liebe und Charme eingerichtet. Da wir das Haus selber auch rege benutzen ist die Einrichtung auch sehr persönlich ausgestattet ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu wirken.

Our accommodation can meet many needs: - Short trip: Cities such as Lucerne, Zug, Zurich, Basel, Bern... can be reached comfortably and quickly by train - Business trip: away from the hustle and bustle, an accommodation with free parking - Vacation in the countryside: our lake view is an oasis. Recharge, enjoy nature, experience excursions, explore the nearby mountains, experience the advantages of terrace and garden in summer (grill and fireplace) - Family vacation: it can also be noisy with us!

Lovely flat near Zurich & Forest, free parking

Relax with your partner or family at this peaceful place. Is a small paradise near the edge of the forest/stream in the green, quiet neighborhood of single-family houses. The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Tipi in the cave with a breathtaking view

Your private glamping place in breathtaking nature and perhaps the best sunset on the lake. Our quiet place is suitable for a break in nature, at night Wi-Fi free (report on arrival). The tipi is in a cave and also on a rainy day you are well protected . You have pallet sofas and a dining table available, just in front of the tipi. In the garden area there is an outdoor kitchen with fireplace, electric stove and refrigerator. Please think about the sleeping bag and a flashlight.

Duplex apartment with private access/seating

2-storey apartment with free parking. The apartment is located in Honau, 15 minutes by car from Lucerne and Zug, in a detached house district. It has normal home furnishings with a kitchen, toilet and shower in the basement (underfloor heating) and a bed and TV on the upper/ground floor. The sleeping area cannot be completely darkened. Outside is a large private seating area. Wi-Fi and TV as well as a combination washing machine are available free of charge.

We welcome you to our two camping pods 7 & 8 for a total of 4 people above Küssnacht am Rigi. The view of Lake Lucerne, the Pilatus, up to the Rigi or to the amiable Alpacas is wonderful. The location has everything that distinguishes Switzerland. Simply pure nature with a lot of love for detail. A stay is guaranteed to be a wonderful memory. There are also other camping pods and camping barrels nearby.
