Das Appartement (54 m2) ist in unser Einfamilienhaus integriert, hat eine separate Eingangstüre, ist parterre (ohne Treppen) gelegen und für 2 Personen eingerichtet. Parkplatz vorhanden. Je nach Verkehr ist Zug in 9 Min. und Zürich-Flughafen in 35 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Distanz zum Bahnhof beträgt nur 5 Gehminuten. Knonau liegt an der Strecke Zürich (36 Min.) - Zug (9 Min.)

The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the Zug-Ägeri route (directly at the Spinnerei bus stop). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Facilities: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother, sufficient dishes and pans available.

As well as the bedroom, dining area, fully functioning kitchen and walk-in shower, you also have your own outdoor lounge area, ultra-fast fiber internet, TV box, Nespresso machine .....and if you like fresh eggs for breakfast from one of our 8 hens!

Modern, bright and comfortably furnished duplex apartment in a rural area. Lake Aegeri is within walking distance. Public transport connection is 100 meters away. Shopping is a 5-minute drive away. Centrally located for excursions (Sattel-Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi and Rothenfluh can be reached in a few minutes by car). A car is an advantage. Oasis in the middle of the city

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooking the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. In sight of the studio is the train line. Trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight there are no more trains and the night is guaranteed.
