The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. Alejandro’s place was very nice, had all the amenities listed, he also had extra items for use, he was extremely responsive and helped anyway he could, I will definitely stay here again soon on my next visit to Guatemala and I will recommend it to everyone to also give it a go, such a good spot ! And beautiful view.

I recently rented this loft in Cayalá City, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The space was pristine—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for me was definitely the balcony; the view was simply spectacular, offering a stunning panorama of the surrounding area. It made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. One small drawback for those with elderly guests or anyone with mobility challenges is that the loft is accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator. However, if that’s not an issue for you, the loft is otherwise a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Cayalá with comfort and style.

Extremely convenient near the airport. The apt. was clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. The building was very quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend based on location, value, and a great host.

Second stay with these amazing hosts and it was as perfect as the first stay! Extremely clean apartment, cozy, welcoming and everything needed for any length of stay. Very safe building with lots to do around the area. The host is the best, most friendly and kind host and she is always fast to communicate and respond. Easy check in/check out, detailed welcome message and host is very helpful and accommodating. For any guests looking to book this apartment- you will not find a more extraordinary host than she is and definitely won’t be disappointed in your stay! I highly recommend this apartment and host! A peaceful place to stay away from the noise of downtown. Walkable and public transport available to downtown. Every time I’m going to the city this will be forever a place I will stay and recommend!

Recomiendo mucho este hospedaje pues está muy bien ubicado, es pequeño para dos personas pero mas que suficiente. También me agradó mucho la excelente comunicación con Fernanda. Volvería sin dudarlo!
