Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Deutschland nach Rom und haben uns dazu entschieden eine Nacht in Milan zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation war schnell, einfach und freundlich. Das Apartment war genau so wie angegeben, meiner Meinung nach sogar größer als auf den Bildern. Man hat sich durch die helle Einrichtung & die Sauberkeit direkt wohl gefühlt. Da wir allerdings spät in der Nacht ankamen, haben wir nicht direkt einen Parkplatz finden können, hatten aber nach einigen Minuten das Glück, dass einer direkt vor der kleinen Gasse zum Apartment frei wurde. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, zudem ist Silvana auch eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat uns unseren Aufenthalt so einfach wie möglich gestaltet. :)

Ottimo alloggio comodo e spazioso. Comodo anche il posto auto accessibile da cancello ad apertura elettrica il tutto protetto dalla recinzione. Le istruzione e l'assistenza fornita da Maurizio sono stati soddisfacenti e puntuali.

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

Estancia con lo necesario para estar varios días en Milán ya que además de lo limpio, bien ubicado, también la cocineta y la lavadora te permite estar realmente como en casa. Espero que nuevamente podamos ir a Milan y rentar su departamento de Mario

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! Estávamos em quatro adultos, eu, meus pais e meu irmão, e o apartamento nos atendeu perfeitamente bem, a localização é ótima, fica ao lado de uma cafeteria, a poucos metros de um mercantil e do metrô, o bairro tem diversos restaurantes e boas opções de lojas também, do lado de fora o prédio é um pouco mais antigo, mas por dentro do apartamento é tudo moderno e sofisticado, além de que, tanto nosso vôo até milão como o trem até a estação central atrasaram, mas ainda assim, um dos anfitriões foi extremamente solícito e gentil e não nos culpou por esse atraso, ficou horas esperando por nós e ainda assim me deus ótimas instruções de auto check-in quando não conseguiu esperar mais, ficamos extremamente gratos pela paciência dele! Enfim, a hospedagem foi incrível, foi nossa primeira vez em Milão e com certeza eu vou voltar!!

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

Great location, very comfortable and cozy studio apartment. Flavio is a great host, very responsive and always ready to help out (very fast to communicate). Connectivity is great, close to the Zara metro station and easy to get around all the sights in Milan. Comfortable stay, highly recommend this accommodation in Isola!

Wir haben uns in Ginevras Wohnung von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und authentisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war groß und schön. Das Bett und die Matratze wirklich angenehm. Das ist für mich besonders wichtig. Im Wohnzimmer ein gemütliches Sofa und viele Reiseführer, die wir uns ansehen konnten. Ginevra war so lieb und hat uns sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise früher bzw. länger ins Apartment gelassen. Damit konnten wir unsere Koffer bis zum Schluss deponieren. Die Bar im Erdgeschoß ist bis spät in die Nacht oft sehr laut, aber mit Ohrstöpsel geht es. Diese sind sogar im Wohnzimmer zur freien Entnahme. Der Kontakt zu Ginevra war zu jeder Zeit sehr gut und ihre Erklärungen hilfreich! Die Erreichbarkeit ist öffentlich gut, wir sind jedoch alles zu Fuß gegangen. Die Wohngegend ist wirklich toll, außerdem sind ausreichend Bars, Restaurants und Cafes im Umkreis! Ich empfehle dieses Airbnb!

Great well equipped apartment in a great location. Tram stop right outside, metro stop a few minutes walk - so easy to get anywhere.

Really lovely stay at The Blue Spot! The room is perfect for a city break, beautiful and upbeat. Commuting to local attractions was effortless, with the Zara metro stop less than 10 minutes walk. Some great restaurants and bars, all within walking distance too. Would still highly recommend to others! Thanks again both for having us stay! 💙

Roberta was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome indeed. Comms and instructions before we arrived were accurate and informative, and she very kindly said we could check in earlier, as we had an early arrival into Milan and the apartment had been vacated and cleaned the day previously. The apartment itself was well situated next to Milan Garibaldi train station, and all of the sites in the city were within good walking distance, though it would have been just as easy to get the Metro into the centre. Additionally, the apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever come back to Milan, which is very likely, Roberta will be the first person we contact for accommodation.

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment, sehr gut angebunden an die Innenstadt per Tram und ans Kongresszentrum per Bus - eignet sich also sowohl für Touristen als auch für die, die beruflich unterwegs sind. Auf dem Balkon lassen sich die Mahlzeiten prima genießen. Er ist still, weil von der Hauptstraße abgewandt. Mit Antonella hat alles gut geklappt, freundlicherweise konnten wir auch unser Gepäck noch für ein paar Stunden nach dem Check out bei ihr lassen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Rosanna was a great host , welcomed and made us comfortable. The place is as described, secure and near and clean. it is near to the tram stations so easy access to Milan central. There are cafes, stores near by . altogether great stay for 3 of us .

Valentina was a very friendly and helpful host, and was always quick to respond. The apartment was original, well equipped and was located close to the metro and two train stations. We definitely recommend the apartment!

This place is amazing, nicer than in the photos!! Every detail is well thought out, beautiful decor and decorations. The terrace (which was what sold it for us) was a dream, so nice having breakfast out there in the morning. It has to be the best equipped Airbnb I've ever stayed in, it has everything you could need/ask for. Nikolay was great by giving us lots of advice, recommendations, and checking in to see if everything was OK. We mostly got taxis in and out of the centre but there's a tram right around the corner too so it's easy to get around, it's also walking to the park which was great! It was also extremely clean, we all felt very at home here and wish we could've stayed longer. I definitely recommend and would love to return.

El alojamiento cumple con creces tanto para una visita rápida a la ciudad cómo para una estancia más larga. Marco, el anfitrión, muy atento a la app y mucha amabilidad a la hora del check-in, puedes comunicarte con él fácilmente tanto en italiano, en español o en inglés. El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila y “estratégica” si quieres visitar varios puntos de la ciudad y quieres estar “cerca” de todo en metro o tranvía.
