There is a parking. The area is under video surveillance. A large indoor gazebo is attached to the house. The house is located on the territory of the bath and pool complex. Russian wood-fire bath, two large indoor pools. There is a summer area with a swimming pool and sun loungers.

We are a small team of volunteers who cooperate with the Help Kharkiv Foundation. Every day we provide assistance to those who are left in the city and cannot buy food. War is still going on and Kharkiv is suffering from bombing and rocket attacks. Every day people die. Yesterday, 06/27/2022, 9 people died and 30 were injured. We collect donations in all possible ways, including with the help of Airbnb. A few dollars' of help can help someone or even save a life.
