The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. Klidný a prostorný byt na Jižních svazích v bezprostřední blízkosti centrálního parku a pouhých 10 minut autem nebo MHD do centra. Zastávka MHD vzdálena asi 5 minut chůze od bytu. Parkování na ulici zdarma, případně je možnost za příplatek parkování za závorou na vyhrazeném místě. Plně vybavená kuchyně s myčkou nádobí. V celém bytě zatemňovací rolety. Ubytování bohužel není vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi.
