Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

A new luxury cottage overlooking the Drahotín pond. It's the perfect place for families with children. Enjoy evenings at sunset on the spacious terrace or in the warmth by the fireplace. Go on a bike ride, go to the forest to pick mushrooms, take a ride on a raft on the pond or visit the Pilsen Brewery Museum. In case of bad weather, there is a PlayStation, table football, darts, board games, a screen with a projector for films and presentations, plus a private tap. The cottage is about 10 km from the centre of Pilsen.

It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

On the shore of the pond, they call it Vandrovský, under the ancient oak tree, there is a place that our Aranka found for herself. Beautiful architecture full of exceptional design and comfort, where there is a spacious shower, toilet, kitchenette and Finnish sauna. Outside, a heated wooden barrel - hot tub awaits guests. All in complete solitude, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.
