La región si bien es semidesértica, de terrenos arcillosos, con flora de matorrales, mezquite, huizache, pirul, capulines y arbustos espinosos como el Xaxni; cuenta con diversas especies de cactáceas, biznagas, órganos, garambullos, cardones y otras plantas. En cuanto a la fauna, existen roedores como conejos, liebres, ardillas, zorrillos, onzas, tlacuaches, tuzas, reptiles y variedad de aves.

Hooga glamping AGUA - Zimapán Dam

HOOGA glamping are the first geodesic domes located in the Zimapán dam (1:45hrs from Querétaro) surrounded by the semi-desert nature that the place offers us. Each dome is for a couple; it has an indoor bathroom, terrace with equipped kitchen and barbecue to be able to prepare you a delicious meal while appreciating the view of the dam. You can also do different water activities and explore everything around you.

La Estrellita is a cozy house 20 minutes from Tolantongo. You can enjoy time with your loved ones around the fireplace or a bonfire, watching the brightest stars or enjoying the magnificent views of the Mezquital hills.
