Holiday rentals with a patio in Zeytinburnu

During our week in the Soil Balat apartment we had a wonderful time. The apartment is quite small but functional, it is located in a trendy and hip area of Fatih, Istanbul. There is life in the restaurants around, without being too disturbing. Soil Balat was very helpful and reactive to all our requests. Clear recommendation.

Apartment for 5 people well located in Istanbul. Close to the tram that goes to the historic center and to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Also close to the nice neighborhood of Balat. Host who is responsive to questions and feedback. Good general equipment but there could be more cooking utensils ( cutlery, plates, pots, pans) . Bedrooms have curtains but little blackout .

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

A perfect stay for our family, the apartment was comfortable and well-located We had a great stay at the apartment. The ground-floor location was perfect for our family. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There’s a lovely park behind the building. Check-in was easy, communication was clear, and the tram station is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Really a great place to stay in Istanbul for families or groups of friends. This house is perfect for its location: shops, tram, restaurants nearby in the pretty quiet area of Balat. Excellent equipment and bedding; Gila was very welcoming, good advice, always available and responsive👍!

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.

Chris was a great host and responded very quickly each time. The house was as described in the pictures. It was very big and spacious with everything that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at Chris’s place!

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Hands-down, one of the best places I’ve stayed with Airbnb. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Perfect for a couple or you can be together but also have your own space. Huge bathroom that felt like a wine cave. And fantastic location, short walk to Galata tower, restaurants and the T1

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Benny's apartment is a haven of peace close to the famous Istikal Avenue. The accommodation is very well kept, very spacious and corresponds in every way to the photos. Many thanks to Benny for hosting us and for his kindness! We recommend!
