Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zeta trece

Karla and her place was a gem and an amazing find outside of La Fortuna. We did not want to stay right in the main town and definitely not at the resorts. This was the perfect blend of local vibes, nature, and amenities. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and very relaxing to come home to after full adventure days. The photos do not capture how gorgeous the scenery is. If Karla's place is available then you should definitely book it - pura vida!

We loved our stay at Casa del Rio!! The house was amazing and our kids really enjoyed the pool at the house. It is located inside a resort. It was so nice to have the privacy and space of the house for our group, but also free breakfast at the resort restaurant and access to the resort spa services (definitely recommend getting a massage!). The staff were very helpful and flexible with all of our requests. The only issue we had was the washing machine not working, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

We had a wonderful stay in the Lantana Apartment with amazing rainbows in the morning and golden sunsets. The location is convenient, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. It had everything we needed for our stay. Andrea was always quick to respond and she had great instructions with pictures.

This place was amazing! We woke up each morning to all sorts of birds and butterflies just out the floor to ceiling windows! It was very private and felt secluded and safe. It was easy to walk to local restaurants and stores. Adrian perfectly arranged 2 days of activities for us that went nearly seamlessly. We had one issue with a third party transportation company and Adrián was very responsive and even planned to pick us up himself if transportation failed to arrive the next day. The bed was comfortable and accommodations were in near perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay while in Monteverde.

We stayed for 3 nights in Yesenia's cozy, authentic accommodation and felt right at home. The property has everything you need for a short stay. Terrace with great views, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen, supermarket and restaurant within walking distance. Great base for things to do nearby. We can highly recommend!

One of my favorite places we stayed in Costa Rica -Clean and felt safe! -Super sweet and responsive host -Easy check in and check out -Walking distance to the main road that has all the tours that pick you up for the day so it was convenient since not having a rental car. Rocío was very informative the day before giving the run down of how to check in which was GREAT! Would definitely recommend her property🤍

Nice stay! Apartment was a little tricky to get to if I typed the address. But they provided the link and it was easier if the celular internet work. Love those snacks and drinks as well the slippers. Made me feel at home. The only downfall is that it is noisy at night with the traffic but they provided ear plugs. I would stay at this place again. Thank you for making us feel at home

This airbnb was very comfortable, beds were great. No need for A/C as the temperatures were nice and cool in evenings. You could sleep with windows open as there were screens. It was not near the center of town but there is a bus. We walked to the center of town but if you have mobility issues, the bus would be better. It was peaceful and quiet.

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

My stay at the Cristian place was great. He gave me a great welcome. He was very clear with the instructions. He even offered to do the laundry for me without any cost. Very kind. The place was very clean, private and close to the town. I feel safe becuase there were always someone in the e trance of the facility. I recommended the place 100%

Here you get a great value for money. The apartment that we stayed in was nice. It was peaceful. No noise. At the same time a short walk to the city center. A good restaurant nearby. The area had good safe parking. I will definitely be recommending this place. I would gladly return. Best place I've stayed in La Fortuna. Highly recommended. Air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen. The beds were good. The sofa and TV were impeccable. We had a great time. Thank you so much for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol y Luna in La Fortuna. The accommodations are charming just as pictured and we were happy to have this little oasis to come back to every night. We were contacted by Susana to have a new stove installed one morning, unfortunately the timing didn't work for us. The hosts respected our privacy and I presume the stove was installed after we checked out. Thank you for sharing a little piece of paradise with us.

it was a pleasure staying in finca Nuevo camino! there is a beauty spirit about the place, being there in my own felt like I was with family :) 10/10 would recommend

Cristian and Estella are very kind, welcoming, discreet and attentive hosts. We were unable to wash our laundry in the previous rental. They washed all our laundry. The studio is very good, as described and very clean. The pool is great too. Thank you so much Cristian and Estella. We will keep a great memory of our meeting.

It's a great place to stay at, however, what we missed was hot water at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. otherwise all good, we'd recommend it.
