If you travel to Kutaisi to visit city sighting, this is the best location for you. It's 2 minutes walk from Colchis Fountain,1 minute walk from Tetri Bridge,3 minutes walk from Green Bazar.Literally under the flat, there are restaurants, pharmacies, beauticians and much more. On request it is possible to have a transfer from the airport to the accommodation and vice versa.

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

Parna's cottage

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden, and dine in our restaurant while it serves home-cooked Megrelian food. in winter we have fireplace heating.

Our house is located in the center of Kutaisi, just a few minutes' walk from the city's main attractions. This is a historic 19th-century building filled with the unique atmosphere of the past. Here you will find comfort and coziness for a pleasant stay. The house is adorned with exquisite carved patterns and ornaments on the ceiling, adding an atmosphere of luxury. Добро пожаловать в наш дом :) На первом этаже вы найдёте ваше жельё с отдельной ванной, кухней, спальными комнатами и винным погребом :) Я живу с моей женой Ликой на втаром этаже. приглашю вас в наш садик попробовать домашнего вина или шашлика. При желании вы можете прокатится на наших велосипедах и осмотреть наш городок. При надобности могу встретить в Аэропорту Кутаиси, также показать все достопрмечательности региона.

New apartment in a two-story building, isolated and with a separate entrance, located in the historical center of the city. Newly renovated accommodation is available to guests. The city's main attractions, restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. The homeowners speak English, Russian and Georgian.
