In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. A charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + grill cutlery, etc. Charcoal must/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optional!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables only to a limited extent in the house!

The vacation home is in a secluded location on the edge of the forest. The spacious covered terrace and the enclosed garden invite you to relax and linger. In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond. The vacation home is particularly suitable for larger groups or families. For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.

We are the Stöckl family and we are happy to welcome you to our vacation home completed in 2021. Asberg is a small village belonging to the municipality of Innernzell. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close. On approx. 200 square meters, a modern, comfortable and cozy ambience awaits you, ideal for 2-3 families or a large family / group.

The property is idyllically located in a valley with lots of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 40 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a bedroom with 3 beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a private terrace and a small kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.

You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
