Saubere und gut ausgestatette Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen. Die Lage ist gut , es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der nähe. Der kostenlose Parkplatz der Unterkunft erspart viel Zeit und gibt einem ein sicheres gefühl wenn der Wagen direkt in der Einfahrt steht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Super kuca za porodicni odmor. Ima mnogo mesta i razne opcije za zanimaciju i sportske aktivnosti. Tijana i njeni roditelji su jako prijatni i komunikacija je bila mnogo ugodna. Gornji deo kuce sa kupatilom nije mnogo moderno opremljeno, ali je sasvim prijatan, i komforan i cist. Hvala puno!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt - sie ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, nahe der Altstadt und mit Bus und Bahn super erreich-bar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Nikola - er war immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Ein sehr verlässlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Top 👌

Wenn auch an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, fühlt man sich aufgrund des grün bewachsenen Hinterhofes auf der Rückseite des Hauses geborgen, so dass der Verkehr weiter entfernt erscheint. Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige - sogar einen Arbeitsplatz. Sie ist unter Rücksichtnahme der alten Bausubstanz liebevoll, mitunter durch kreativ-praktikable Lösungen findend, hergerichtet. Der Holzboden, die großen Fenster, im Zusammenspiel mit dem Blick auf die Bäume und des Bildes an der gegenüberliegenden Wand, geben dem Raum eine schöne Atmosphäre. Der durch den Eingang lichtbeschienene Vorraum mit Ganzkörperspiegel vergrößert das kleine innenliegende Bad. Pedja ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, klar kommunizierend und da, wenn man ihn braucht - einfach angenehm.

The apartment was very nice and clean, close to the Danube, very close to public transportation, the only recommendation I can make is to put a shower curtain, otherwise everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.

Top place to stay in Zemun / Belgrade, if you find it available, grab it!! We had wonderful week in Jelica’s appointment, she is one of the best hosts you can imagine to have. Speaking great English, full of information and really helpful. Location is impeccable, walking distance to great restaurants, market, shops, cafes, it’s beautiful area with vibrant non traffic streets, amazing, long board walk along river Danube …. Jelica’s apartment is tucked in so well that you have perfect privacy, it’s very quiet, great sleep and all you need is there. She had furnished the apartment and the kitchen with love and great attention to details, my husband and I were impressed, highly recommending 😁

I really enjoyed my stay at Jovan’s place. The apartment was very well organized, and Jovan was always available to respond to messages and answer any questions with great kindness. The space is the perfect size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was totally worth it!

Generally a good place to stay, which is a good size and in a well connected location. The internet is great and the place is well equipped. Check in was also easily arranged and communication was always fast. Having a supermarket and mall nearby is very useful. The value for money is good and is definitely amongst the better places to stay in Belgrade. I did find the memory foam mattress uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Nonetheless, it is a nice place to stay which I recommend to other travellers.

The host Ivana was very responsive, polite and friendly and made checking in and checking out very straight forward and stress free. The apartment itself is located in a very interesting and vibrant area of Zemun - a great neighbourhood in Belgrade. There were great bus links from our street to multiple areas of Belgrade and despite being far from the centre in Kilometres, it only took about 25-30mins by bus to reach Zeleni Venac. The place was cosy and very well priced. It had everything needed for a comfortable living and there is a decent sized supermarket across the street.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

The apartment was very convenient and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right near a beautiful riverside promenade. The host was very friendly, and communication was great! I highly recommend it!

Morao sam u kratkom roku da pronadjem smestaj za brata i snajku, njihov utisak je da su domaćini veoma prijatni i dragi, predusretljivi i dostupni. Stan je jako lep i komforan, sve preporuke.

Burada 2. kez kalışımız ve her geldiğimizde aynı hizmet ve temizliği bulabiliyoruz. Çarşaflar temiz, lavabolar hijyenikti. Bardaklarda su lekesi bile yoktu.Bay Radomir’in bu konular hakkında kesinlikle hassasiyeti olduğunu düşünüyorum. Konumu Cumhuriyet Meydanına yürüyerek 7-8 dk. nehire 1-2 dakika mesafede. Ulaşım anlamında hiç sıkıntı çekmeyeceğiniz bir yer. Havaalanından 72 numaralı otobüse binip eve 200 metre uzaklıkla inip kolayca geçebilirsiniz. Gözü kapalı tercih edilebilecek bir yer.

Good and clean, the only thing is if you have big travel bags, there is no lift to be used and need to physically carry those to 5th floor😂

Danijela en başından sonuna kadar bize çok yardımcı oldu her anlamda. Eve girdiğimizde mis gibi bir koku yayılıyordu her şey tertemizdi. Konum olarak da merkeze 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesiydi fakat biz otobüsleri öğrenmek istedik Danijela o konuda da yardımcı oldu. Birdaha gelirsem kesinlikle konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer, her şey için teşekkür ederim🌸✨
