The apartment has a shared staircase with the ground floor. The house is located in the village of Rybitwy next to Józefów on the Vistula River. The property has a gazebo with a grill, a playground, a game room and a place for a bonfire. Bicycles are also available. Nearby, the Wyżnica and Vistula rivers flow, where kayaking trips are organized.

The cottage consists of (ground floor) a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room with a folding table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the mezzanine there is a large, shared bedroom for 6 people. The cottage is open all year round, with central heating. The price always includes fresh bed linen and 2 towels per person. Jacuzzi and firewood are charged separately.
