The house is a restored 100 sqm rural building with three simply furnished sleeping areas and a large kitchen. On the mountain side is a room with a double bed (1.5x2m) and a small bathroom; on the sea side is a mezzanine with a double bed (1.6x2m), a room with two single beds and a large bathroom. The house is surrounded by terrace spaces that allow you to enjoy the outdoor life or shade of a monumental carob, in the silence of nature with a 180° view of the Gulf of Castellammare.

The house is located in a quiet and reserved position a few meters from the sea, 3 km from the village of San Vito, between the ancient Tonnara and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. It enjoys direct, private and exclusive access to the sea. It accommodates up to 6 adults and 1 child. It is spread over two levels and is surrounded by a large garden and a lawn. An ideal place to immerse yourself in nature and let yourself be lulled by the sound of the sea!
