Beachfront holiday rental in Zapponeta

Awesome home. Location is perfect for walking along the seafront and convent to the piazza and restaurants. The Adriatic Sea views from every floor are breathtaking. Extremely clean and everything needed is provided. Kitchen has a nice size refrigerator and dishwasher along with all glassware and dishes needed. Bed was comfortable and having bathrooms on ground floor and main bedroom was great. Michael and AnnaLisa gave useful local shops/activities information. Washing machine was wonderful after our seven day stay. Spent the majority of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and wishing we did not have to leave.

The apartment has an incredibly beautiful view of the sea! The historic old town, the train station, restaurants, the beach - everything is within walking distance. Serena was very helpful and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. We can only recommend the apartment!

We fully agree with the previous positive references. Gianluca and Rita are extremely lovely hosts. The old dog Astrid also patiently took in our dog Yeshi. We enjoyed a fantastic panoramic view with sunrise and sunset from the well-kept apartment on the second floor. The villa itself is a charming, interesting building, reminiscent of a small castle. We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. Congratulations, Alessia!

Anna and her family were kind and helpful. It felt right at home, the garden and of an indescribable beauty. The sea is a few meters away, a minute's walk away by simply crossing the road at the bottom of the garden. Our little dog Audrey was welcomed with affection by Anna and her cats and on the beach where she could swim freely. Thanks Anna!

We were in Vieste for the first time and are totally thrilled. The cottage is really right on the beach. The garden is completely fenced and tidy, which was just great with our dog. We were totally undisturbed. We were a little surprised that the individual rooms were really only accessible individually from the outside and there was no connection (no hallway, living room, etc.). The kitchen was super equipped and Silvana welcomed us in a friendly and flexible manner. In case of difficulties, they took care of it immediately and Giuseppe organised a private boat trip through the sea caves, which was breathtaking! You walk about 2 km into the city, but you have a small supermarket directly diagonally opposite. Due to the campsites next door, there are also beach bars and restaurants within a short walk. We had a great two weeks! Our dog was the most enthusiastic :D

Great place to stay. Unfortunately a little remote but otherwise everything is great, especially for a few relaxing days by the sea. Our local contact was super accessible and everything was very straightforward. :)

First, thank you to our hosts, we felt very welcomed at their residence. Responsive communication. Gated private parking was a plus. The apartment on the 2nd level of the home was very comfortable, clean and the space indoors was perfect for the two of us. We loved the outdoor kitchen, patio and both private upper decks were perfect to follow the sun all day. From the upper decks we had view of the landscape of the sea. Gardens around property were gorgeous. The pool was big with a zero depth sundeck and plenty of chairs. The neighborhood was close to the grocery Lidl, and we found the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Would stay again without a doubt.

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

the hospitality staff are responsive and very kind. The space with a large kitchen fits the needs of 2 adults with 1 child. The room is well laid out with a very comfortable large bed. The residence was quiet in early May however, the partitions are thin, you can hear the neighbors a little. The residence has a private beach with sunbeds as well as a swimming pool. On the other hand, the restaurant has quite high prices compared to other establishments frequented in the tourist region of Puglia. The dessert was expensive and barely defrosted. The dishes are not very hearty but very good.

A wonderful apartment in the heart of Giovinazzo. It is located next to the harbour and is surrounded by many delicious restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is pretty overall. If necessary, you can sit in the door in the alley as in the film and watch people stroll by. The apartment is clean and the host is really very accommodating and supportive. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spotless and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner. The view from the patio of the sea and the town is spectacular 🤩 We came in low season in November, the apartment complex was very quiet but if it was busier you would still have plenty of private space next to the apartment (you have your own dinner table and outside sofas you can use). Nicola was very kind and responsive and was proactive about tending to the grounds and sweeping leaves up, keeping everything tidy and helping us put cushions out etc. I don’t know much about the town as we mostly relaxed at the lovely apartment and enjoyed the views from the patio.

I recommend this small place because there is everything you need to cook and everything can be done on foot.

The meeting in -person was efficient but also necessary since there were a lot of keys involved. The place was very clean and all the necessities were available. The apartment is at the attic and have an excellent view of Adriatic . It’s very near the sea by 200 meters, and there were private and public beaches available, but I must say you should not compare the coast with Amalfi coast. We stayed at the apartment for four days with my wife and we enjoyed our stay very much. Signora Grazia , our host was very kind and friendly and replied all our inquires immediately. She was also very helpful guiding us for the amenities of the apartment. We strongly recommend the place if you want to spend a few days in Puglia.

after the personal greeting from Matteo, we were immediately enthusiastic about the apartment. It was beautifully restored and fully equipped. Everything was as good as new and in the best condition. The apartment was very clean and the location in the heart of Manfredonia. Matteo was very friendly and very accommodating at check-in. Overall, a great experience. We highly recommend it.

The location is just perfect for exploring Gargano and walkable to the beach. Even though our host did not speak English, our first language, we were easily able to communicate with Google translate and she had clear instructions written out in 5 languages. That was so gracious and helpful. The casa is just as the description and photos indicate. Will definitely be back. If you choose to visit Mattinata, which we recommend you do, make sure to take a boat ride up the coast with Luna Rosa! Spectacular once in a lifetime experience!
