Casa Brasil fit the needs of me, my girlfriend and our dog perfectly! Enough space, totally clean and modern interior, comfortable bed — everything was as described and 5/5! David’s communication and Alfonso’s hospitality were also above and beyond. If I needed an AirBnB around Loja again, I would definitely choose casa Brasil again. The location is a 10-15 minute drive south of the city, and this is honestly the only reason I see why someone might prefer another option. For us, though, the surround trees, river and nature made the location — and the place as a whole — perfect. Muchas gracias 🙏

Excellent location clean and very attentive in attention

Eddy and his family were extremely attentive to our needs. The house is extremely clean and has all of the basic amenities. We enjoyed our stay in Cumbaratza and being in Eddy's house.

Nicely renovated apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly on-site host, supermarket a few blocks away, large greenspace with a pond is 1 block away. If, like me, you're taller than 5'10", there are a couple cement bulkheads that you need to watch out for, mostly the one over the bathroom sink.

We loved it, maybe put the router in a more comfortable position for better internet but it still worked well.

This is a great place to stay. The location is quiet, with hiking trails a block away and plenty of fresh air. It's also just a short walk to the bus stop. The apartment is very high quality, with hardwood floors, lots of natural light, a great kitchen, and good internet. The view is excellent and the hosts are very kind and attentive. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Overall it was a positive experience and I would stay there again if I ever come back to Loja.

Experience fantástica

Beautiful place, it has everything you need for your stay, clean, organized, there is a regulation for noise in the building, which rises 1000 points!! The hosts are very friendly, they are aware of everything!!
