Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

I invite you to our cottage. Let relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna, and walks in the surrounding forests and meadows allow you to forget about your worries for a moment.... Guests have access to a plot of about 1300 sq m and a house of 80 sq m (max 8 people). The cottage has a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, two rooms upstairs, parking, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The river is about 200 metres away. In the autumn and winter season, the cottage is heated by a fireplace and additional stoves/panels. There may be temperature differences.
