My mum and I spent 3 weeks at Gracimor, when I tell you it absolutely exceeded our expectations, the space is regularly cleaned and well maintained. Chintu is very responsive, great with recommendations. The staff are very professional and friendly. Most importantly we felt incredibly safe, they take security very seriously at Gracimor, anytime I took a cab, notes were taken to ensure my safety. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be back next April.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ivy's place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the daily housekeeping service was outstanding. The property is managed by a team of responsive and easily accessible ladies, which added to the comfort of the stay. One of the standout features is the availability of 24/7 electricity, a major advantage in a country where load-shedding is common, especially for international visitors. The beautiful gardens surrounding the apartment add to its charm, creating a serene and relaxing environment. The apartment is well-equipped with a DSTV decoder, offering great entertainment options for TV lovers. Additionally, WiFi is provided at no extra cost. However, I am unsure if the connection is strong enough to support video calls. The only downside is the presence of mosquitoes in the area. While the host provided insect repellent, it wasn't sufficient to keep them away entirely. Including mosquito nets could significantly help.

Wow! What can I say, felt right like home. From the peaceful environment to the easy to find services in the neighborhood. The house was clean and neat, everything arranged flawlessly - I don't have words for the kitchen, just nice! My Host was great, communicated friendly and made my stay beautiful, I didn't want to come back to my country ...

Ivy is a very good host. Very responsive and accomodative. The place is nice and have an amazing garden surrounding the house. Very safe and not far from Ndola Center. Thank you to Ivy. She even made time to come meet me. She sent flowers and veg when I wasn't feeling well. A very special to her entire team. Sam who washed my car even when I didn't ask. Musonda who takes security very seriously. and then to Mapalo, Shekinah and Bridget. Bridget even assisted with helping me pack at 5 am as I was late to the airport. It felt like a second home. I will be visiting again. I will recommend Ivy and ant of her units anytime. I cannot say thank you enough.

Joan's place is beautiful ,the garden and surrounding is a little paradise.Joan is very helpful with all info you might need and goes extra mile to tip you how to cut costs in the expensive tourist town of Livingstone.I can recomend this place to anyone at anytime.

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

I had such a lovely time staying with Vera and Clive in their beautiful Eagle Cottage. It really did feel like home from home. Thank you so much for making my Zambian holiday unforgettable.

Casablanca Gardens was great to fulfill my need for a peaceful getaway without leaving the city: it's tucked away on the banks of the Kafue River. You'll hear bird songs in the morning 🌄. The room is super spacious and comfortable. Gertrude was a wonderful host. She offered to help me commute to downtown as taxis have difficulties accessing the place due to the road condition in the rainy season.
