Quiet neighborhood, close to the city center and 30-40 minutes walk to a wonderful water park. The owner is very friendly and always in touch. Only positive impressions remained! Nice apartment and nice neighborhood. Located not far from the center. New furnished, good plumbing and quality appliances. A closed area for several apartments, a green area with a gazebo and a parking space. Quick response from the host and assistant to questions and requests. Stayed two days, very satisfied!

My daughter and I were in Uzhgorod for the first time, so we are very grateful to Valentina, she answered all the questions and our requests very quickly, it was very important for us. Thank you!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and tidy at check-in. The host was quick to respond and provided clear check-in instructions - everything is concise and without unnecessary communication, which I as an introvert especially appreciated 😅 The house has an elevator - very convenient after long walks in the city. Separately, I want to note the balcony: it has incredible views of the city and mountains! The territory of the house is secured, there is easy parking. Overall, everything is thoughtful. The only wish is to pay attention to some signs of wear and tear in the apartment: stains on the walls and similar details. But it didn't ruin the experience at all. It can be seen that the apartment is in demand, so it's natural. Overall, I really liked everything, thank you! ☺️

We booked a few days in the city of Ujgorod, where we will stay for about two weeks. Since we were satisfied, we continually extended our reservation.

We stayed only one day, only spent the night. Everything is clean, tidy, very quiet and picturesque area of Uzhgorod. I liked it.

Comfortable and cozy apartment

The check-in went quickly and without any problems. The apartment is comfortable, clean and completely as described. Internet was available as well as all the amenities that were listed. Had a great weekend, thank you!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spacious and very clean. You do have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs but it was not a problem for us at all. Stairs were wide and it’s only 1 flight of stairs. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and easy to use. The bed was comfortable. It was raining and chilly when we were there so we didn’t get to use the balcony but it was spacious as well. The hosts Alina and Luba were very friendly.

Lovely place in the city center, however, in a fairly quiet location. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos, there were all the necessary details for a comfortable stay. I would like to note Valentina's extraordinary hospitality and hospitality, who met us on the issue of early check-in. I'll definitely come back here next time!

Great and clean house: big rooms, well equipped kitchen, walkable distance to a bus stop/supermarkets/cafes/kids playrooms. Perfect place to stay with kids (stroller and crib available). Very quite neighborhood. Friendly, hospitable, always reachable host. Definitely recommend this place!

I rented the place for half a year. The apartment is quite comfortable for a long stay (there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishes, gas column). I liked the location: there is a park with a river, a water park and even a brewery nearby. It's a little far to the center, a 20-minute walk at a fast pace. The owner is a very nice person, easy to communicate with and resolve issues.
