The house has been tastefully restored using recycled materials, and the large private garden completes this secluded property, located 300 metres from Mangueta Beach in El Palmar, which can be accessed via a footpath and offers kilometres and kilometres of unspoilt beach. It is a three-storey house. This large rental space is located on the ground floor, with a separate entrance. The middle floor is unoccupied (potentially a 4th bedroom), and the owner lives in the attic. They only share the entrance gate with him.
